How does laser hair removal work?

Laser hair removal can work differently for each person. Hormones, hair colour, hair thickness, skin type and the treatment area can all affect hair growth and results. I assess each client individually and adjust the treatment plan throughout the course to help achieve the best possible results for you.
The laser delivers controlled energy to the pigment within the hair follicle. This energy is converted into heat, which targets the follicle and helps to reduce future hair growth while protecting the surrounding skin.
The system combines three laser wavelengths, allowing it to target hair at different depths. Crystal Freeze Technology cools the skin throughout the treatment, helping to make each session as comfortable as possible.
Unwanted hair can affect your confidence, which is why all treatments take place in my private countryside clinic, where you can feel comfortable and completely at ease.
A course of treatments is normally required because hair grows in different stages. Your personalised treatment plan will be discussed during your consultation and patch test, and reviewed throughout your course depending on how your hair responds.
