To secure your appointment £15 deposit is required. This will be taken off your treatments on the day. Deposits are non refundable. If you give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation this can be transferred to a new booking. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not give sufficient notice you will lose your deposit and will have to pay another £15 deposit before making another booking.  

This also applies to courses that are paid for upfront. A £15 deposit will be required and held until the end of the course which will be refunded on the day of your last treatment, providing the above terms are met.

No refunds are provided for treatments once paid. This includes Gift vouchers.
Once treatment has begun you cannot ask for a refund or to change over to another course/offer that is on.
